Federico Gastaldi is an Italian Illustrator.

 

In 2013 he graduated from the IED of Turin (European Design Institute) with a BA in illustration.

​

Since 2016, he has been represented worldwide by the American agency Salzman International.

​

His debut picture book, CHIP, is due out with Christy Ottaviano Books/Little, Brown in October 2023.

He also runs the family farm, together with his cousin, in the charming hills of Monferrato, producing fruit and vegetables.

He owns about 50 chickens.
